Ross Island + North Bay Your last day of tour at the Andaman Island is planned for a half-day trip to Ross Island and a small city tour in the evening. The island is hardly 2 km away and takes only 10-15 minutes to reach Ross Island from the Water Sports Complex in Port Blair. The small island can be covered on foot in a few hours. The main attractions on the island are the majestic peacocks and deers wandering and grazing around. The remains of the historic buildings such as the Church, bakery, and various Japanese bunkers can be seen on the island. North Bay is known as the hub of water sports in Port Blair. The island is surrounded by crystal clear water and dwells rich diversity of vibrant corals and fish.
