The stunning Manjeri Jetty lies about 15 km away from Port Blair. It is famous amongst the locals yet rarely visited by tourists. The road to the harbor is adventurous, with dense forests on either side and sudden jumps of seaside views and mangroves.
You have to obtain a permit of INR.50 each to get inside the gate of the harbor. As you enter the gate, the unmetalled road begins, accompanied by thick wildernesses which keep you close to nature. As you reach, you encounter a serene view of the nearby islands and the reflecting sun. The unreal see-through water dwells vibrant corals, sea cucumber, and fish. The location place is ideal for photography.
