ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICYOnly a maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room and one child sharing bed with the parent with not above the age of 12 years.
Only one extra mattress will be allowed in one room.
EXTRA ADULT, CHILD & INFANT POLICYInfants and Children below the age of 4 years without extra bed will be complimentary.
Children between 5-12 yrs without extra mattress @ 1000/- per day plus taxes with bed and breakfast.
Children between 5-12 yrs with extra mattress @ 1500/- per day plus taxes with bed and breakfast.
Above 12 years ₹ 2000/- plus taxes with or without extra mattress with bed and breakfast.
MEALS SUPPLEMENT POLICYMeal Supplements charge (either lunch or dinner) will be charged @ 500/- per person per meal plus taxes
Meal supplement charge both lunch and dinner will be charged @ 1000/- per person per meal plus taxes.
Meal supplements are not carried forward and cannot be adjusted with other meals.
In case of lesser occupancy fixed menu will be extended to the Guest who have opted for meal plan.
CANCELLATION POLICYIf canceled from 00 to 15 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged.
If canceled from 16 to 30 days before the check-in date 50% booking amount will be charged.
If canceled from 31 and above days before the check-in date bank charges amount will be charged.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
